Design 2D

I offer apparel design services across a wide range of apparel categories. My services also include concept design for collections, color design & strategic collection planning. 2D-Fashion illustration, also called "flats", created in Adobe Illustrator is still the most common method when designing and building collections for commercial production.

3D Design

We supply photorealistic 3D images tailored to your needs. 3D is fast becoming a must within apparel design and development. 3D can help you make confident design decisions by creating full 360 degree models of your designs as well as photo realistic renderings. We can also produce videos and animations of your garments.

TECH PACK

Tech packs tell your vendor everything they need in order to manufacture your garment, I supply tech packs containing technical design drawings, bill of materials, size charts and any other informations required for your style to be produced.

GUIDANCE

When it comes to more complex designs, assessing wether your design is optimized for production can be a challenging task. Technical garments may need to be adjusted for quality and price efficiency. I will assist in assesments of pattern and details in order to optimize your garment for production.

FIT SESSIONS

The fit of a garment is crucial for sales success. But obtaining an optimal fit is not always straight forward, it requires an in depth knowledge of pattern drafting,experience in correcting prototypes on live models and how the human body moves. As well as an extensive understanding of production methods and vendor communications. SAMPLING

Prototyping locally can be a great option when pressed for time, or when waiting for a sample from your vendors overseas is not an option. I do whole garment prototyping and detail prototyping. The samples I produce are usually made in muslin or another suitable fabric of your choice. These kinds of initial protos can also be a great addition to the tech pack, when handing over initial specs to your supplier.

SOURCING

Need help finding the right supplier? With over 12 years experience in the apparel industry I have a network of suppliers and can also assist in finding new suppliers.
If needed I can reccomend reliable garment factories, fabric & trim suppliers.

COMMUNICATION

Clear and presice information is necessary for your vendor, in order to produce your garment to spec. I provide detailed instructions for your suppliers, with clear detail drawings and/or photos. I can when needed follow up all questions your suppliers may have during the development phase. I have lead many factory visists and tech pack hand-overs in Europe and Asia.
